Vege diet completely eliminates meat, fish and seafood. Instead in the menu you will find dairy products, eggs, legume seeds, cereal products and fruit, vegetables, seeds and nuts. All meals are prepared in such a way so that they will give you the proper amount of protein. The diet is also rich in vegetable oils, seeds and nuts, to provide you with proper amount of unsaturated fatty acids (e.g. omega-3 acids). You need to bear in mind that proper functioning of your organism depends on right diet balance.
