The Standard Diet is dedicated just for you – it is a perfect solution for people who want to implement healthy and properly balanced meals into their lives. Thanks to the diet you can lose unnecessary kilograms or keep a healthy figure – the aim depends on the caloric option you choose.

The Standard Diet consists of 5 meals. Each dish is created in cooperation with our nutritionists, so you can be sure they will not lack the nutrients your organism needs. Our cooks make sure that the diet is diverse. What does it mean? In the menu you can find a wide range of plant and animal products, including dairy, eggs, different kinds of meat and sea fish.
