It is a type of diet which combines two different sets currently available in our offer: vegetarian (VEGE) and low glycemic index diet (LOW GI). It is an excellent solution for people who, for various reasons, need to exclude products with a medium and high glycemic index, but still want to follow a vegetarian diet.

The LOW GI VEGE diet consists of 5 meals a day. It is available in six calorific values: 1000, 1250, 1500, 1750, 2000 and 2500 kcal.
