A diet designed for people with diabetes, in a pre-diabetic state, with insulin resistance or those who want to limit sweet snacks and eat healthily. The set avoids products with easily absorbed simple sugars. The diet is based on wholemeal products, meat, fish, dairy products, eggs, pulses, as well vegetables and fruits with low and medium GI. The diet prevents blood glucose level fluctuations and enables you to achieve and control a suitable weight. The available calorie options are: 1000 kcal, 1250 kcal, 1500 kcal, 1750 kcal, 2000 kcal and 2500 kcal.
