Bearing that in mind, we created the IF VEGAN set, which consists of three balanced meals – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and functional drink - Juice.

Juice is pressed via cold press method which allows to keep the valuable nutrients and flavours of vegetables and fruits.

IF Vegan box diet

The following groups of products were completely excluded from the IF VEGAN menu: meat, fish, seafood, dairy, eggs and honey. The base of proposed meals are plant ingredients, which are: grains, vegetables, fruit, legumes, nuts and seeds.

The main idea of the Intermittent Fasting nutrition model is to consume meals in specific hours during the day. Body Chief nutritionists recommend to have an “eating window” of 14/10 h time interval or 16/8 h time interval. Given values specify the fasting hours (respectively 14, 16), and the time interval during which the meals are consumed (10, 8).

The set is available in four caloric options: : 1250 kcal, 1500 kcal, 1750 kcal, 2000 kcal. Such diversity allows you to choose the right diet for your energy demand.
